Franke Associates assists businesses to develop and achieve goals,

improve efficiency of work processes, and increase overall performance and profits.

 


 
     Lloyd Franke has been providing consulting services since 1989 specializing in Performance Improvement for companies in the contracting and services industries. He has been successful in implementing programs that have helped companies
to grow sales, profits and value. 

     Mr. Franke has facilitated planning sessions to develop companies’ vision, mission, and goals and coached management teams to achieve superior results. With over 18 years experience helping companies to improve performance he knows how to lead companies and teams through the challenges of rapid expansion as well as slower times.
 
     Mr. Franke began his consulting career with Arthur Andersen & Co. where he contributed to a large enterprise resource planning project and trained in programming and management disciplines.
 
     At Digital Equipment Corporation, Lloyd was Software Branch Manager for northern New England where he managed the consulting and sales support resources. Following that he was National Sales Support Manager for NEC Information Systems developing and managing technical support for value-added resellers for business accounting applications.
 
     Collaborating with The Perera Group, Mr. Franke completed successful engagements focused on Customer Relationship Management systems with services that included comprehensive surveys and needs analysis, RFP development, software selection, system design, implementation and training for a wide variety of companies. Clients included HP-Medical Products Division, VNU Information Services, Graphic Controls, and Edmonton Alberta Telephone. 
 
     In conjunction with consulting activities, Mr. Franke trained and served as a Certified Examiner for the Massachusetts Quality Award from 1995 to 1997 utilizing the Baldrige National Quality Program Criteria for Performance Excellence. These criteria and concepts are used as a framework for analyzing company performance and structuring action plans for improvement.
